Fetus Dreams
I read those “week by week” fetal development guides, and I found a weird tidbit this morning:
Your baby sleeps alot of the time, just as newborn babies do. Your baby’s eyes move in the manner of REM sleep and researchers believe that babies can dream vividly in utero.
Now, while I can believe that they have rapid eye movement, I really can’t imagine what sort of “vivid” dreams a person could have, if all they’ve ever seen is the badly-lit inside of my uterus.
It’s almost spooky to consider…

My first one used to go absolutely bonkers whenever I ate tuna. He’s 19 now and still can’t stand the stuff.
